Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ht77 ("ht77", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at ht77.io. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ht77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ht77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will carry out age verification checks as part of the account registration and verification process.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or managing funds.
• You are not a self-excluded player under ht77's Responsible Gaming programme or any other operator's self-exclusion scheme.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of ht77 or any of its technology, game content, or payment partners.

ht77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of ht77 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and your preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ht77 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ht77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. ht77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ht77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ht77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ht77's discretion. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion fees are applied by ht77.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. ht77 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ht77 account within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding security reviews being in progress. ht77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but targets same-session settlement for verified accounts transacting via mobile financial services (MFS).

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ht77 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or any proceeds of unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where required.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ht77 platform are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

ht77 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet is placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly available for that market); the stake exceeds the applicable limit for the market; or ht77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.

5.3 Errors and Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the odds or game outcome displayed — including technical errors, data feed failures, or pricing errors — ht77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error is defined as an error that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect at the time of placing the bet.

5.4 Cricket Sportsbook

The ht77 cricket sportsbook covers markets including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. Match-specific rules, including the treatment of abandoned or rain-affected matches, are published within each match's market description and form part of these Terms by reference.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ht77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. These promotional terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ht77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus funds, and the use of automated tools to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ht77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

7. Responsible Gaming

ht77 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your account, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ht77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse or otherwise).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or profiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format offered on ht77.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the ht77 platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ht77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent ht77's security systems, access controls, or KYC verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ht77 platform — including but not limited to the ht77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game content (to the extent owned by ht77), text, graphics, icons, and data — is the intellectual property of ht77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the ht77 platform without prior written authorisation from ht77. Unauthorised use of ht77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ht77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof; (c) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials; (d) any betting or gaming losses incurred through normal use of the platform; or (e) any reliance placed on content, odds, or information displayed on the platform.

ht77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ht77's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. ht77 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ht77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ht77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Account Termination and Closure

You may close your ht77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

ht77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is detected; a regulatory, legal, or security obligation requires it; or an account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ht77 may retain any remaining balance as partial restitution for losses incurred.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ht77 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with the ht77 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
